Eligibility
The autoclave or effluent decontamination system (EDS) must be purchased at the list price, with no discounts applied, and must be purchased directly from Astell Scientific.
Referral Registration
The referrer (you) must register both your email address and the email address of the referee (the person you are referring) on the Astell website at Astell.com/Referral before the referee contacts Astell Scientific. By submitting both email addresses, the referrer confirms they have obtained consent from the referee to provide their contact information for the purpose of participating in this referral scheme.
Consent and Privacy
a. Referrer and Referee Consent
By registering both email addresses, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you have obtained explicit consent from the referee to submit their email address for this referral program.
b. Data Use
Astell Scientific will use the submitted email addresses solely to track eligibility for the referral reward and for communication related to this program. The information will not be used for marketing purposes unless the individuals explicitly consent to receive such communications.
c. Data Retention and Deletion
The email addresses collected for this program will be stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to administer the referral program. Both referrers and referees may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting sales@astell.com and address the email to the marketing department, though deletion of data may affect eligibility for the referral reward.
Referral Process
The referee must initiate contact with Astell Scientific using the registered email address as their first communication, leading to the purchase of an autoclave or EDS. The referee must complete the purchasing process within 365 days of the referrer’s registration of both email addresses for both parties to qualify for the £100 Amazon voucher reward. No cash alternatives will be offered.

Astell reserves the right to modify, refuse, or cancel this offer at any time.
