AMA Compact Classic -yläaukkoinen autoklaavi (63 litraa)
AMA Compact Classic -yläkuormattava autoklaavi on monipuolinen laite, jolla voidaan steriloida lasiastioita, instrumentteja, autoklaavattavia muoviesineitä, nesteitä, kertakäyttötuotteita ja jätteitä sekä – CATIII-suodatinlisävarusteen avulla – Containment Level 3 (CL3) / Biosafety Level 3 (BSL3) -materiaaleja. Classic-yläkuormausautoklaavi sopii hyvin yhteen Nelldorn-lasiesinekuivaimen kanssa, jolloin steriloidut lasi- ja muoviesineet kuivuvat ja ovat valmiina uudelleenkäyttöön nopeammin kuin pelkästään ilmakuivauksella.
Osana Astell Plug and Play -tuotesarjaa AMA Compact Toploading -autoklaavi ei tarvitse viemäriliitäntää tai vesijohtovettä. Ainoa tarvittava liitäntä on tavallinen pistorasia. Nämä ominaisuudet yhdistettynä kiinteisiin pyöräihin mahdollistavat pystysuuntaisen kammion omaavan autoklaavin helpon asennuksen ja siirtämisen tiloissa, mikä tekee AMA Compact Classic Toploading -autoklaavista yhden Astell-autoklaavivalikoiman siirrettävimmistä malleista.
AMA Compact Classic on toiminnaltaan hyvin samankaltainen kuin AMB Classic -pöytäautoklaavi, ja ne eroavat toisistaan vain kammion muodon osalta. Itse asiassa 63 litran AMA Compact Toploader -autoklaavin ja 63 litran AMB-pöytäautoklaavin kammion muoto on lähes identtinen – valinta näiden välillä riippuu usein laboratorion käytettävissä olevasta tilasta ja autoklaavin kammiossa steriloitavien esineiden muodosta.
Kuten kaikki Astell-autoklaavit, myös AMA Compact Classic -yläkuormitteinen autoklaavi on varustettu kosketusnäytöllä varustetulla ohjausyksiköllä, joka tarjoaa laitteistolle maksimaalisen syklin mukautettavuuden sekä mahdollisuuden tallentaa aiempien syklien tietoja. Classic-pystysuora autoklaavi, johon voidaan integroida 21 CFR Part 11 -ohjelmisto yhdessä BSL3-laitteiston kanssa, sopii erinomaisesti korkeamman bioturvallisuustason toimintoihin, kuten rokotteiden kehittämiseen, kliinisiin tutkimuksiin, geneettisesti muunnettujen organismien (GMO) käsittelyyn ja muuhun biotieteiden tutkimukseen.
Ohjausyksikkö on suunniteltu suorittamaan sterilointisyklit tehokkaasti, ja korkean suorituskyvyn lämmityselementit muuttavat veden nopeasti sterilointihöyryksi. Energiatehokkuus onkin etusijalla AMA Compact Classicin suunnittelussa, kuten kaikissa Astell-autoklaaveissa. Niille, jotka eivät tarvitse AMA Compact Classic -yläkuormattavan autoklaavin CL3/BSL3-toimintoja, AMA Compact Ecofill -yläkuormattava autoklaavi tarjoaa vieläkin suurempia energia- ja aikasäästöjä.
